Avid has a certified Hazmat & Abatement Specialist on-staff that will perform sampling of all suspected hazardous materials and contaminants PRIOR to demolition. Testing can be done for a single sample or a fully catalogued report from foundation to roof, and anywhere in between.
After analysis, if it is determined that hazardous materials and contaminants are present, all necessary precautions to contain, remove, and dispose of the contaminated materials will be strictly adhered to. Safety is always our top priority and there is no room for compromise.
